ttvnews spoke to Nadav Palti, CEO of Dori Media, about the new season of El Marginal and the return of its hit series Lalola with TV Azteca, which joins other potential remakes for Rebelde Way, Floricienta and Rincón de luz. The new version of Lalola will premiere this year on TV Azteca.
Diego Lerner is the new president of The Walt Disney Company Latin America. Formerly president of the company for EMEA, the executive is returning to the region to boost its business in LatAm. Claudio Chiaramonte steps down as EVP and MD after 22 years with the company.
Fox Spain confirms the fourth season of Vis a vis. Days before releasing its third season, the pay TV channel and Globomedia officially announced the prison series' new season will premiere next year. The third season of Vis a vis will premiere on FOX Spain on Monday, April 23.
Money Heist 3 is headed to Netflix. After the ratings' phenomenon generated worldwide, Netflix and Atresmedia confirmed that next year the streaming platform will premiere the third season of the successful Spanish series. Atresmedia called the agreement "an unprecedented deal in Spain."
Turkish drama Mother, distributed by Global Agency, will premiere on Telefe in Argentina. The new drama will make its debut "very soon" under the local title Todo por mi hija. Originally titled Anne, Mother is a successful Turkish drama based on a Japanese series by Nippon TV.
