Global Agency format premieres in Spain, Hemisphere Media acquires Snap Media, Morena TV is launched in Spain, Mega presents Mega Global Entertainment, Televisa and Univision adapt ITV Studios format, and more.

Global Agency's Blind Taste debuts in Spain. Locally titled El sabor es ciego, the Atresmedia network, Nova TV, is premiering the first Spanish adaptation of the successful cooking format this Saturday, May 5th.
Hemisphere Media Group acquires Snap Media. Latin and Hispanic media company Hemisphere Media Group announced this Friday the acquisition of 75% of distributor and producer Snap Media, while signing a co-production alliance with MarVista Entertainment.
Morena TV: a new TV producer is born in Spain. Spanish producer Morena Films has launched Morena TV, a TV division which will be led by renowned executive David Martínez.
Mega presents Mega Global Entertainment, led by Esperanza Garay. After 18 years at Telemundo Internacional, the executive becomes CEO of Mega's new distribution company, which as of the upcoming LA Screenings will distribute the Chilean network's content.
Televisa and Univision adapt Keep It In The Family by ITV. Both networks will premiere the new game show, Al final… todo queda en familia, the local adaptation of British format Keep It In The Family by ITV Studios.
