Record TV will unveil its first medieval production at Mipcom. Delmar Andrade, director of International Sales, spoke to ttvnews about the company's star title for Cannes, Belaventura, inspired by Game of Thrones; and its new biblical production, Apocalypse.
Apocalypse will premiere in Brazil in November, to replace The Rich and Lazarus.
Once again, Spanish entertainment companies will steal the spotlight at Mipcom under the Audiovisual from Spain umbrella, backed by ICEX Spain Trade and Investments. ttvnews presents all the highlights from Spain's agenda for Cannes.
78 companies have registered this year under the Audiovisual from Spain umbrella.
How TV Azteca is making "a better television". Benjamín Salinas, CEO of TV Azteca, spoke to ttvnews about the "Reinvention of TV Azteca", aimed at transforming its original content creation, production and distribution areas.
2017 marks the 25th anniversary of TV Azteca.
Turkey ups its presence at Mipcom. The former Country of Honor for Mipcom's 2015 edition is expanding its presence at this year's event, with two official pavilions and a total of 12 stands at the Palais des Festivals.
Turkey will have 12 stands at Mipcom, including 9 individual participations.
Global Agency searches for new ideas in France. La Fabrique des Formats has opened a call for pitches to find new innovative ideas for French shows. The chosen formats will be supported financially by the French producer and distributed by Global Agency.
The projects can be submitted until early November 2017.
