The projects include down-to-earth superhero comedy El vecino (The Neighbor), outstanding drama El desorden que dejas (The Mess You Leave Behind), star-studded female-led miniseries Días de Navidad (Christmas Day), an anime adaptation of the best-selling novel Memorias de Idhún, and dramedyValeria.

"At Netflix, we want to produce local stories with a global appeal, and Spain has constantly generated amazing television both for Spain and the world. These new projects, all different from each other and scripted by top-notch screenwriters, will spawn stories that will thrill subscribers worldwide,” said Francisco Ramos, vice president of Original Series.

In addition, Ramos said that Netflix’s plans for Spain do not stop here. “Our investment in the Spanish market will only increase, not only in series, but also movies, documentaries and unscripted."

His poorly paid job barely allows him to make ends meet; his business selling t-shirts with demoralizing messages won't take off and his relationship with his girlfriend Lola has been going through a rough patch for the last two months. The last thing he needs is for an alien to land on him and transfer its powers before dying. Now Javier is a superhero but he is not doing any better than before. It turns out super powers are useless when you get fired from your job or your girlfriend decides she wants to take a break. Fortunately, Javier’s friend and neighbor José Ramón will teach him to use his powers for good and hide his secret identity, especially from Lola, who’s decided to turn around his mediocre career as a journalist by investigating Titan, the mysterious superhero.
