A new edition of Natpe Miami is about to start in Miami Beach, and the content offer for this year is more vast and varied than ever, featuring standout titles across all genres.
Up next, we present a roundup of all the productions that are sure to steal the spotlight at the upcoming Natpe.
Within the format offer for Natpe Miami stand high-bugdet, innovative productions such as Talpa Global’s Q&A format, Human Knowledge; Keshet International’s dance competition, Masters of Dance; and Celebrity Undercover by All3Media International, where celebrities go undercover to blend in with regular people.
These are joined by Armoza Formats’ hit talent competition, The Final Four; Endemol Shine’s innovative Q&A format, The Wall; and the classic reality show, Survivor, by Banijay.
Kids & Teens
The younger viewers will also have all types of contents made for them this year, with notable titles making their way to Natpe with Mondo TV Iberoamerica, presenting its live action series Heidi, Welcome Home; Xilam and its animated series Oggy and the Cockroaches; and Imira Entertainment with its preschool series, Baby Riki.
Other standouts are Angry Birds Blues by Cake Entertainment, starring the iconic birds from Angry Birds; Luo Bao Bei, 9 Story Media’s animated series; and Cyber Group Studios’ Zorro, the Chronicles.
The now classic Turkish drama could not be missed at Natpe Miami, which will feature productions such as Calinos’ hit drama, Our Story; the internationally successful Mrs. Fazilet and Her Daughters by Inter Medya; and the Kanal D drama, Leaf Cast, which has been sold in over 50 countries.
These are joined by others like Stiletto Vendetta, Eccho Rights’ newest title; Hope, the drama distributed by Global Agency; and Mistco’s new period drama, The Last Emperor.
LatAm Series and Telenovelas
A Latin American event couldn’t take place without giving Latin productions a major place. This year will see the arrival of series and telenovelas such as Querer sin límites by Globo; Dori Media’s successful fiction, Las Estrellas; NBCUniversal’s new biopic, José José, el príncipe de la canción; and Dopamine and Sony Pictures Television’s biblical drama, María Magdalena.
La doble vida de Estela Carillo by Televisa Internacional will also make its way to Miami, along with the new biopic by Disney Media Distribution Latin America, TV Azteca amd BTF Media, El César; Record TV’s apocalyptic story, Apocalypse; and the award-winning fiction by Turner, Telefe and Cablevisión, A Roster for Esculapio.
Other international titles include Vis a vis by Imagina International Sales, which will soon premiere its third season on Fox; Kinghtfall, A+E Networks’ period drama; Rise by NBCUniversal; and Sony Pictures Television’s family comedy, Kevin Can Wait.
Natpe Miami will take place from January 16 to the 18 at the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc resorts in Miami Beach.
