The first episode of Mi marido tiene más familia, the Mexican adaptation of Korean series My Husband Got a Family, became the most watched show on Mexico's broadcast TV this past Monday with 3,347,000 viewers, according to IBOPE Mexico.
With those numbers, the show came on top of all competitors by 371.4%.
The episode is the first of the show's second season. Season one reached an average of 3.9 million viewers, which obviously lead to a season two renewal.
The new episodes follow up on Julieta (Zuria Vega) and Robert (Daniel Arenas)' story, a couple who has to split their time between being parents, children, siblings and full time workers, all while never losing touch with one another.
The telenovela airs from Mondays to Fridays on Las Estrellas as part of its 8:30pm timeslot and is produced by Juan Osorio.
