The US Hispanic network presented viewers with a sneak peek of On the Other Side of the Wall, an upcoming drama about two women who cross the US-Mexico border that will premiere on February 21.

Unafraid to tackle issues of social importance, Telemundo unveiled a preview of its new border-crossing drama titled On the Other Side of the Wall.

On the Other Side of the Wall follows the lives of two women that cross the US-Mexico border, one following a dream, the other fleeing a nightmare; all the while showcasing the challenges and opportunities many immigrants experience as they risk everything in pursuit of a better life for themselves and their families.

The drama, which has already presented a sneak peek, stars renowned actresses Litzy and Marjorie de Sousa, alongside Oscar-nominated Adriana Barraza, Gabriel Porras, Uriel del Toro and Guillermo Iván.

Litzy will play a mother of two who moves to the United States to reunite with her husband, not knowing that during the many years they have been apart, he started a new family; while Marjorie de Sousa is debuting on Telemundo as Sofía Villavicencio, a woman who supports the successful political life of her husband, but discovers that behind the façade of state Governor, he is a member of a child-trafficking ring.

The show is an original story by Laura Sosa, directed by Luis Manzo and Nicolás Di Blassi, with Carmen Cecilia Urbaneja as executive producer.

On the Other Side of the Wall will premiere on February 21 during the network's primetime slot and will be part of Telemundo's double premiere evening that also features the grand debut of the network’s new Super Series Intimate Enemy.
