And now, Netflix revealed official viewership numbers for the series and the results are even more surprising.

According to the platform -as reported by Variety- the third season of Money Heist was seen by more than 34 million viewers in the past seven days.

With that number, it became the best premiere for a non English language series on the platform, surpassing viewership records for all language series in markets like Spain, France, Italy, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Portugal.

In addition, 70% of homes who watched the series (around 24 million) have already completed it since its premiere. This number beats even the third season of Stranger Things, which was seen entirely by 18.2 million homes in its first week.
