With this milestone, Tippi T-Rex continues to expand as a global IP, delighting preschoolers with lovable characters, imaginative storytelling, and educational themes.

Independent European animation company Ánima Kitchent, together with Indonesian Mocca Studio, has announced a major distribution deal in China for its preschool animated series Tippi T-Rex.

The agreement was signed with 24 Bridges, a subsidiary of Beijing-based Bridges Culture Transmission Co. Ltd., and brokered by GoldBee, the Barcelona-based distributor specializing in kids and family content.

Following the recent co-production of 26 new five-minute episodes with Mocca Studio, the series quickly attracted attention in China. Under the deal, 24 Bridges has secured exclusive rights to 52 x 5-minute episodes, along with 4 songs and 14 additional episodes of approximately 3.5 minutes each.

Ánima Kitchent has built its innovative content strategy on a digital-first, data-driven approach, starting with short-form videos on YouTube to analyze performance before expanding into longer, multi-platform formats. This methodology helped fine-tune the show’s engagement, leading to the first season of 26 episodes and now a full 52-episode run produced in collaboration with Mocca Studio.

With this milestone, Tippi T-Rex continues to expand as a global IP, delighting preschoolers with lovable characters, imaginative storytelling, and educational themes.

Tippi T-Rex instantly won us over with its joyful blend of music, adventure, and emotional warmth – qualities that will resonate strongly with Chinese children,” said Walt Zhou, Director of International Acquisitions at 24 Bridges.

Miguel Aldasoro, International Sales and Co-production Director at Ánima Kitchent, added: “What began as a digital-first IP with songs and short clips has now evolved into a full-fledged series. After producing 26 episodes, and another 26 with Mocca Studio, the show’s success caught the attention of 24 Bridges. We’re thrilled to bring Tippi to millions of families across China.”

Finally, Christophe Goldberger, Founding Managing Director of GoldBee, emphasized: “Breaking into such a competitive preschool market as China is a strong validation of the series’ universal appeal. With its unique mix of humor, heart, and discovery, we believe this partnership with 24 Bridges will open exciting new opportunities for the brand.”

About Tippi T-Rex

Tippi is an adorable 4-year-old T-Rex who lives with her parents and big brother Ryan in a modern world inhabited by dinosaurs and other prehistoric species instead of humans. Cheerful, curious, and full of imagination, she transforms everyday situations into amazing adventures while learning and having fun.

She loves to play with her best friends Pearl and Triceps and often chats with Lucy, her T-Rex rapper doll. Tippi is still working on her cute “groar,” aspiring to sound just like her parents.
