Under the deal, Merzigo will optimise the digital presence of select titles from Banijay Rights’ portfolio of some of the world’s most recognisable TV shows and formats.

Merzigo, one of the world’s leading premium video monetisation companies, has entered into a deal with Banijay Rights, the global distribution arm of media and entertainment powerhouse Banijay Entertainment. The agreement is designed to optimise and monetise select titles from the leading distributor and scale these globally.

Under the deal, Merzigo will optimise the digital presence of select titles from Banijay Rights’ portfolio of some of the world’s most recognisable TV shows and formats, driving audience growth and engagement across YouTube and Facebook, by leveraging their data-driven insights and mastery in premium content optimisation.

As part of the agreement, Merzigo will employ its proprietary content optimisation and management tools to curate, enhance, and strategically distribute Banijay Rights’ content across multiple digital platforms. This will include the creation of compilation and highlight content, alongside enhancements in thumbnails, localisation, dubbing, and resolution optimisation – to maximise audience retention and monetisation.
