The executive will oversee all of Dori Media’s global promotional and new partnerships efforts.

Dori Media Group has named veteran international media executive Taliah Shahar as its new Vice President, Marketing & Partnerships, it was announced today by Dori Media Group CEO Nadav Palti.

Shahar, who has over two decades of operations, production and international journalism experience, will oversee all of Dori Media’s global promotional and new partnerships efforts. Based in Dori’s Tel Aviv offices, Shahar most recently served as an independent media consultant, working with scripted, non-scripted, and corporate clients.

Prior to that role, Shahar was Head of International at Tehran producer Donna and Shula Productions. Additionally, Shahar has extensive experience as a journalist and TV producer, including serving as an Associate Producer for CNN in New York and as a U.S. sports correspondent for Israel’s largest daily newspaper, Yedioth Aharonoth.

“Taliah brings a wealth of media experience with her to Dori Media, having worked in a variety of different roles across operations, partnerships, marketing and production,” says Palti. “She has deep industry relationships and a proven track record of leading strategic collaborations, and we are thrilled to have her joining our team at a very exciting time of expansion for our company.”

Added Shahar: “Dori Media has consistently proven its ability to turn local stories into global phenomena. I am excited to lead the marketing and partnerships efforts during this era of growth and look forward to working with Nadav and our talented production and sales teams to build strategic partnerships and reach new audiences worldwide.”
