The French production and distribution company is kicking off the new division with the original comedy series Apocalypse Mojito and Armageddon Pizza, which it will present to international buyers at MIPCOM 2026.
Emmy Award-winning French animation production and distribution company Dandelooo is expanding into the teen and young adult market with the launch of a dedicated division focused on audiences aged 12 and over.
The new division will develop and represent creator-led projects built around distinctive storytelling, fresh comedy and strong narratives, expanding Dandelooo’s portfolio beyond its established preschool and children’s business.
The division launches with two original animated comedies, Apocalypse Mojito and Armageddon Pizza, both offering irreverent takes on themes including climate anxiety, technology, social collapse and survival.
“After the success of Lastman (Everybody on Deck), Jean-Baptiste Wéry, Gennarino Romano and I were looking for the next great 12+ animated series. We are thrilled to launch this new division with two absurd comedies that tackle eco-anxiety in a fun way, and delighted to be working with JSBC and Passion Paris,” said Emmanuèle Pétry, Partner & Producer at Dandelooo.

Apocalypse Mojito
Produced by French animation studio Passion Paris, part of Academy Award-winning Passion Pictures, Apocalypse Mojito is directed by Julien Seze and consists of 10 episodes of seven minutes each. The series is completed and ready for delivery.
The 2D comedy is set in the year 2100, after civilization has collapsed following the effects of climate change and technology has taken unexpected turns. Humanity, however, has apparently learned very little from its mistakes.
The series follows Yolo and Wazo as they travel from village to city in their mobile guinguette — a traveling open-air café and dance floor — bringing fun and good humor wherever they go while encountering the absurd consequences of “human intelligence.”
Armageddon Pizza
Currently in production, Armageddon Pizza consists of 26 episodes of 13 minutes and is produced by French animation studio Je Suis Bien Content. The series is directed by Aurélien Bouillon and Fabien Limousin.
Set in a familiar yet fictional world following a devastating health crisis, the series begins when the dead return to life — and they are hungry.
As survivors remain confined to ruined cities, longing for comfort food and entertainment, Didier, Barbara, Quentin and Paul — “three brave minimum-wage delivery drivers” — leave the Armageddon Pizza garage aboard DIY scooters to deliver pizzas across a zombie-infested Paris.
With the new division, Dandelooo aims to broaden its portfolio with bold original comedies and distinctive storytelling for older audiences, while combining its production and international distribution expertise with new creative voices.
Dandelooo will present both Apocalypse Mojito and Armageddon Pizza to international buyers at MIPCOM 2026.
