Media and entertainment group, Banijay Entertainment introduces its newly combined distribution business -Banijay Rights- following its merger with All3Media International.
Setting its team ahead of Mipcom 2026, the division represents a catalogue of more than 265,000 hours of content and serves a client base in excess of 1,200 across the globe.
Led by Chief Executive Officer Cathy Payne, the newly appointed, cross-territory leadership team, structured to serve the demands of the current global entertainment market, includes:
• Matt Creasey, Senior Executive Vice President, World excluding EMEA, leading sales, acquisitions and co-productions for a cross-section of territories. Creasey first joined the group in 2006 as Director of Sales, Distribution, Endemol Shine International and has spent his career driving the international reach and exploitation of some of the world’s largest entertainment brands.
• Stephen Driscoll, Senior Executive Vice President, EMEA, responsible for devising and executing Banijay Rights’ finished programme and format sales strategy in the region. He has spent more than two decades at All3Media International, most recently as EVP EMEA & European Co-Productions, having previously held distribution roles at Carlton International and Minotaur International.
• Rachel Job, Executive Vice President, Content, leading the division’s content and acquisitions strategy. She was previously SVP, Unscripted Content at All3Media International, and in the past held roles as Director of Programming for HISTORY and H2 at A+E Networks UK and EMEA, and Head of Acquisitions and Marketing at 3DD Entertainment.
• Shaun Keeble, Senior Vice President, Monetisation, overseeing the commercial exploitation of the catalogue across digital platforms. He wasformerly VP Digital at Banijay Rights, following earlier roles at Endemol Shine Group and The Walt Disney Company.
• Andrew Dickens, Executive Vice President, Communications &Marketing, responsible for the distribution division’s PR and marketing strategy. Prior to Banijay Rights, he worked as a television trade journalist andin government communications.

Its critically acclaimed portfolio has been honoured with some of the industry’s most prestigious awards, including Golden Globes, BAFTAs and Emmys. Prior to the merger, All3Media International was also twice awarded the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade in recognition of its strong overseas growth and commercial success.
Amongst its biggest successes are Midsomer Murders, sold in 200+ territories; Peaky Blinders, sold to 190 territories; and SAS Rogue Heroes, sold to 180 territories. Its portfolio of globally successful formats includes MasterChef, named the World’s Most Successful Cookery Television Format by Guinness World Records, and multi-Emmy-winning global hit The Traitors, which has been adapted in 40 territories amongst many others.
