Long before social media, there was a phenomenon capable of filling venues, sparking euphoria wherever it went, and turning a group of teenagers into idols for millions. Onstage, they were the dream of an entire generation; behind the scenes, they were young people learning to grow up under the spotlight, navigating friendships, rivalries, ambitions, pressure and decisions that would shape their lives forever.

A fictionized story inspired by real events, Timbiriche tells the story of the birth of a musical group that revolutionized the Spanish-language pop scene. The series follows its protagonists from their first rehearsals and auditions to the moment when success carried them to conquer stages, magazine covers and audiences across the country, while they discover that fame comes at a price.

As the phenomenon grows, so do the rules of the game. Friendships are put to the test, rivalries emerge, new members change the group’s dynamics, and the demands of an increasingly intense industry begin to shape their path. Between the first applause and the decisions that will define their future, each episode reveals the human side of those who grew up before millions of viewers.

With an remarkable recreation of the 1980s and a large-scale production, Timbiriche offers an intimate, emotional look at the dreams, sacrifices, bonds and conflicts behind a phenomenon that transcended the stage and became part of popular culture.

Because before they became a phenomenon, they were young people chasing a dream.

The cast of Timbiriche includes Macarena García, Sebastián Poza, Luis de la Rosa, Jesusa Ochoa, Iker Solano, Michelle Pellicer, Edu Maruri, Clara Dalmao, Sol Wainer and Andrea Chaparro, as well as Osvaldo Benavides and Alberto Guerra.
