Madd Entertainment got to a great start in Mipcom 2019 closing two new deals for a couple of the most sought-after titles on its catalogue: Kuzgun, an Ay Yapim production, and My Little Girl, from Medyapim.

Kuzgun will travel to Romania after being acquired by Pro TV, part of the CME Group.

The Ay Yapim series features an all-star cast, including Burcu Biricik and Barış Arduç. Kuzgun is the latest series from the creators of the International Emmy-winning series Endless Love, and it was cited by Wit’s Fresh List (April 2019).

“We are happy to work with Madd on this special series, with a strong story brought to life by beautiful and well-known actors,” said Iulia Plesi, Acquisition Manager of Pro TV Romania.

Madd Sales Director, Deniz Cantutan, added: “This fascinating story shows us the trade-off between love and revenge from a fresh angle.”

At the same time, Madd announced the sale of Kizim, also known as My Little Girl, to Slovakia’s Markiza.

My Little Girl is the fastest-selling title in Madd’s catalog. From Europe to Asia, broadcasters have been quick to embrace this premium series, which features popular child actor Beren Gökyıldız.

Current licensors include Antena in Romania, Skai in Greece, TVKLAN in Albania, NOVA TV in Bulgaria, and, most recently, the Sevimli TV in Uzbekistan.

“Doma TV is a bridge for Turkish content in Europe. We are sure that Slovakian viewers will enjoy watching this drama on Markiza’s female oriented channel,” said Cantutan.
