Art Awakens reimagines masterpieces spanning five centuries, from Jan van Eyck’s The Arnolfini Portrait to Edward Hopper’s Nighthawks. Each work is transformed into a cinematic moment that invites audiences to step inside the world of the painting.

The series treats each painting with reverence, beginning with the original work before subtly animating its world: flickering candlelight, shifting fabrics, suggested breath. It explores the emotional and narrative worlds behind each masterpiece, giving voice and movement to works that have captivated audiences for generations.

The production was created in collaboration with Hilario Abad, an award-winning Spanish filmmaker specializing in AI, internationally recognized for his work in AI-driven cinema.

More details about the series’ launch and distribution will be announced in the coming months.
