The sequel to Papás por conveniencia is now available on the platform and will premiere on Univision on October 21.
ViX, the world’s leading Spanish-language streaming service, announced today the U.S. premiere of Papás por Siempre the sequel to the hit telenovela Papás por Conveniencia.
The first five episodes are now available on ViX, with five new episodes premiering every Friday. Starting October 21, the telenovela will also air on Univision
Papás por siempre is a touching and multifaceted story, focused on positive messages and celebrate second chances and the power of love. It sensitively and realistically portrays blended families navigating the emotional journey of merging different worlds under one roof. At the Guevara-Mosqueda household, time has passed: new lives are born, old wounds resurface, and buried secrets threaten to disrupt the fragile family harmony. When the past comes knocking—through absent parents, unexpected children, and long-hidden truths—Tino and Aidé must fight to keep their family together or risk losing everything. With touches of nostalgia, heartfelt musical moments, and surprising twists, the story offers a fresh take on love, fatherhood, and emotional healing.
Starring Ariadne Díaz and José Ron, the series also brings back beloved characters from the original “Papás Por Conveniencia”, played by Miguel Martínez (Chano), Daniela Luján (Clara Luz), Martín Ricca (Rudolf), María Chacón (Lichita), and María Perroni Garza (Chofis). Joining them are Erika Buenfil (Gisela), Altair Jarabo (Melina), José Elías Moreno (Hernán), Juan Diego Covarrubias (Bill), Tania Lizardo (Prisma), and Michelle González(Serena), among others.
The show is produced by Rosy Ocampo, directed by Benjamín Cann and Fernando Nesme, with cinematography and camera direction by Manuel Barajas and Alfonso Mendoza.
