Angela replaces Raphael Corrêa Netto, who took over the direction of the company’s Non-Sports Pay Channels.

With over 15 years of experience in Globo’s international area, Angela has led important deals, such as the most recent agreement with Televisa, involving Globoplay and Vix+.

As the new head, she takes on the challenge of expanding Globo’s repertoire of business models, acting both in licensing and in international co-productions.

The area has also recently expanded its structure with the arrival of Monica Athayde, as head of International Co-production, who will report directly to Angela. She has worked for companies such as Globosat, Endemol Globo, and Luccas Neto Studios and holds an MBA in Management and Leadership from the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. Monica comes to lead the area with the objective of finding strategic partnerships and negotiating co-production models.
