MediaHub arrived at Mipcom 2026 with three Turkish dramas leading its commercial slate: Roses, Close to You and Take My Hand, alongside an international offering spanning scripted and unscripted content from several markets.

“We’re officially launching these three titles, along with additional productions from our international catalogues. The reception has been really great. We always make a big effort to meet as many clients as possible at every market, and our schedule is completely booked,” said Elif Turna, Sales & Business Development Manager at MediaHub, speaking with ttv.

The three productions bring together some of the traditional elements of Turkish drama, from family rivalries and forbidden love to secrets from the past and conflicts between social classes.

“We know Turkish content travels extremely well, but it’s very important for a series to have all those traditional elements that help it reach a wider audience. For us, these three titles combine love-hate relationships, love triangles and plenty of passion. That’s why we believe they’ll resonate with international markets,” Turna explained.

Roses (Aşk Yarası), produced by SAGA, follows Pars, a young man who discovers that his biological father is still alive and leaves behind his impoverished life in Adana to become the heir to the powerful Akabey family. To put an end to a long-standing family feud, Pars agrees to marry Asya, a woman he has never met, while remaining haunted by the memory of Gül, his former love. The story combines family rivalries, social differences and a love triangle. The drama consists of 100 episodes of 52 minutes.

Meanwhile, Close to You (Kalbim Sende) tells the story of Deniz, a mother who loses her daughter Mavi and decides to donate her heart to save another girl, Ada. Unable to stay away from her, Deniz secretly becomes Ada’s nanny and begins to develop feelings for Ateş, the girl’s father, while concealing the connection between them.

The third title is Take My Hand (Tut Elimi), a romantic drama following Aslan, the heir to a powerful family, and Elvan, a young woman betrayed by her own loved ones. After a tragic accident, the two enter a marriage of convenience born out of guilt and sacrifice, which gradually gives way to new feelings.

A Catalogue Beyond Turkish Drama

MediaHub is also showcasing productions from several international markets in Cannes, including titles from South Korea, the Philippines, Greece and the Netherlands.

Its partnerships include a collaboration with KT Studio Genie for Korean content, scripted productions from the Philippines’ ABS-CBN and Greek series from MEGA, alongside European limited series associated with Dutch producer Dutch Core.

In unscripted programming, the distributor offers titles such as Stop! Border Control, a factual franchise exploring the work of border authorities, with multiple seasons and territorial versions, including Chile and Cuba. Its slate also features Amazing Hospital and documentary productions such as Transcending Waves and Expedition Islands.

Looking ahead to upcoming international markets, Turna revealed that the company is working on new additions to its distribution catalogue. “We have several projects we’re working on internally for distribution. We’ll probably be announcing new content at the first market of 2027,” she said.
