The critically acclaimed television series La Fuerza de Creer: Dulce Sazón has been honored with a prestigious Emmy Award in the Public Service Initiative category at the Children’s and Family Emmy Awards. The series, written by Jimena Romero and Alejandro Reyes and produced by Carlos Collazo from Creative Depot, marks a significant milestone in educational and culturally relevant television programming.
Airing on Univision, the series was made possible through a collaborative grant from three influential organizations: The National Sciences Foundation, Literacy Partners, and the Education Development Center. This partnership underscores the project’s commitment to creating impactful, educational content that serves and empowers communities.

In addition to winning the award in this category, the series has also received a second nomination in the Best Children’s or Family Series category, whose winner will be announced at the awards ceremony in March 2025.
