The distributor signed a deal with Iran’s DD TV, which acquired its dramas Melek A Mother’s Struggle, My Champion, Beloved and The Circle.

Turkish distributor Mistco announced a multi-drama deal with Iran’s DD TV.

The broadcaster has picked up A23 Media’s Beloved, US Yapim’s Melek A Mother’s Struggle, BSK Yapim’s My Champion, and Es Film’s The Circle.

Produced by Turkey’s biggest production companies, these four dramas are great story examples of the success of Turkish dramas.

Saying that they already have an excellent and universal catalog, Mistco’s Managing Director, Aysegul Tuzun added: “On top of winning over the Iran audience, these 4 titles received acclaim in other countries likewise. Turkish Drama is becoming increasingly popular worldwide especially in MENA. With several Turkish dramas on the air in Iran, we see this trend continuing. We are excited to close these deals for our top dramas.”

Produced by US Yapım, Melek, a story about a strong woman, will air on the TRT screen with its second season and will continue to be a strong bet on Wednesday nights.

Released in September last year, My Champion stars Tolga Sayısman and tells a very emotional father-son story.

Finally, Beloved, starring Kadir Dogulu and Devrim Ozkan, is the story of true love that reunites old enemies and reopens old wounds, and The Circle offers a stunning story with an impeccable cast.
