Titled Crímenes de familia, the new original film is produced by Buffalo Films and Magoya Films, starring Cecilia Roth.

This Thursday, Netflix announced the August 19 premiere for its new Argentine film Crimenes de familia.

It is a suspense story directed by Sebastián Schindel and starring Cecilia Roth, Miguel Ángel Solá, Benjamín Amadeo and Sofía Gala Castiglione.

The film follows the story of Alicia (Cecilia Roth), a desperate mother who will do the impossible to prevent her son Daniel (Benjamin Amadeo) from being sentenced to prison on charges of attempted murder of his ex-wife.

In the middle of the whole process, Alicia will discover a rugged hidden plot that will completely change her life and turn her into a real nightmare.

The cast is completed by Yanina Ávila and Marcelo Subiotto, with the special participation of Paola Barrientos, Diego Cremonesi and Claudio Martínez Bel.

It is a production of Buffalo Films and Magoya Films. The script, meanwhile, is by Sebastián Schindel and Pablo del Teso, and the executive production is by Hori Mentasti, Esteban Mentasti, Guido Rud Script: Sebastián Schindel and Pablo del Teso.
