Qvest has appointed Rafael Dubois as Vice President Sales Europe Media & Entertainment. Qvest will further strengthen its long-term growth strategy in Europe and support customers to master their digital transformation processes.

As the new Vice President Sales Europe Media & Entertainment at Qvest, Dubois will further develop the European growth strategy of Qvest, lead its European sales team and support international customers with a unique service portfolio spanning from change and technology consulting, software, and product development to systems integration.

Dubois will report to Christian Massmann, Global Chief Sales Officer of the Qvest Group. Driven by its ongoing growth, the Qvest Group is successively expanding its global footprint, evolving to one of the worldwide largest consulting and system integration firms focused on the media and entertainment branch.

After his law degree at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, Dubois gained extensive sales expertise for more than twenty years in the media business worldwide, working in key markets like APAC, LATAM, EMEA and North America. During his career to date, he has worked for tech companies like Grass Valley, Pebble Beach Systems, and Ericsson in leading management positions. In his most recent role at UK-based broadcast service company Arqiva, Dubois, who holds both British and Venezuelan citizenship, was responsible for the key media clients like BBC Studios, UKTV, AMC and QVC.
