The Mexican company is showcasing a lineup spanning fiction, entertainment, sports, news and lifestyle, aiming to expand the distribution of its catalog and connect with new audiences through digital platforms.

TV Azteca is strengthening its commitment to the FAST ecosystem with a portfolio of eight themed channels presented on the third day of Mipcom 2026 in Cannes. The initiative aims to expand the international reach of its content and capitalize on distribution opportunities across new platforms and markets.

The portfolio combines genres and formats targeting different audiences, leveraging the company’s catalog and its experience in creating and programming content for diverse viewers and distribution windows.

The offering includes Latidos, focused on classic telenovelas and Mexican fiction; Conecta, dedicated to lifestyle, trends and entertainment; and Nitro, which brings together TV Azteca’s sports programming.

The lineup also features Azteca Internacional, with a selection of entertainment, fiction and news; Exatlón, based on the well-known sports competition format; and Azteca CDMX, which showcases reports and stories about Mexico City.

Rounding out the portfolio are Azteca Noticias, focused on current affairs and analysis of national events, and A Quién Corresponda, which addresses social issues and gives visibility to people seeking solutions to a range of problems.

Through this strategy, TV Azteca aims to diversify the distribution windows for its content and strengthen the presence of its brands in the free ad-supported streaming environment. The company is betting on a lineup that combines established properties, fiction, news and specialized programming to adapt to changing audiovisual consumption habits.

The Mipcom presentation is part of TV Azteca’s multiplatform distribution strategy, which seeks to create new opportunities for its productions and brands in the international market.
