The new ViX original animated series will premiere on June 5 on ViX Premium. Produced in collaboration with 3Pas Studios, the show was animated by F3 Media, with Arturo Navarro and Teco Lebrija serving as executive producers for the animation studio.

ViX has announced the premiere of Circo Gómez, its new original adult animated series, which will launch exclusively on ViX Premium on June 5.

Consisting of 10 episodes, the comedy follows an eccentric family of performers struggling to keep their rundown traveling circus afloat while navigating the challenges of living and working together under the same tent.

The series features a star-studded voice cast led by Eugenio Derbez, Omar Chaparro, Vanessa Bauche, Diana Bovio, and Teco Lebrija, among others.

Circo Gómez centers on the Gómez family, a lovable yet chaotic group led by Filiberto Gómez, an egotistical, old-fashioned, and largely incompetent patriarch who remains the heart of the circus despite his constant mistakes. Convinced he is still the star attraction, Filiberto refuses to acknowledge that his poor decisions have pushed the family business to the brink of collapse.

Through absurd situations and sharp humor, the series explores family relationships, generational conflicts, and the struggles of a troupe fighting to survive. Between failed performances, internal disputes, and a cast of eccentric characters, the Gómez family must find a way to stick together if they hope to save the circus.

The series is a collaboration between ViX and 3Pas Studios, with Eugenio Derbez, Ben Odell, and Javier Williams serving as executive producers. Jordan Rubio and Pablo Calasso of Visceral also executive produce.

Animation is provided by F3 Media, with Arturo Navarro and Teco Lebrija serving as executive producers for the animation studio. Both are also part of the series’ writing team.

The main characters include Filiberto Gómez (Eugenio Derbez), the vain ringmaster; Lupita Gómez (Vanessa Bauche), the charismatic and uninhibited strongwoman; Vicky Gómez (Diana Bovio), an intelligent and rebellious trapeze artist dreaming of a life beyond the circus; Refugio (Omar Chaparro), a thrill-seeking teenager with more enthusiasm than talent; Lobito Gómez (also voiced by Chaparro), a young boy with wild instincts; and Chiquimoco (Teco Lebrija), a veteran clown whose presence is as troublesome as it is indispensable to the family.

With Circo Gómez, ViX continues to expand its slate of original animation for adult audiences, further investing in irreverent comedy and high-profile Latin American creative talent.
