The partnership includes the AMCNI Latin America portfolio, comprising the channels AMC, AMC Series, El Gourmet, Europa Europa, and Film & Arts.
A+E Networks Latin America will assume responsibility for advertising sales representation of AMC Networks International Latin America’s (AMCNI) portfolio in Mexico and across the pan-regional Latin American market, the companies announced. The agreement, effective immediately, brings together the commercial strength of two of the most prominent cable channel groups in the region and expands the range of options available to advertisers and business partners.
The partnership covers AMCNI Latin America’s portfolio, which includes the channels AMC, AMC Series, El Gourmet, Europa Europa, and Film & Arts.
Advertising sales management for AMCNI Latin America’s channels will be handled by the A+E Networks Mexico team, led by its director Diego Fernández, who will report to Daniela Martínez, EVP, Programming and Ad Sales at A+E Networks Latin America.
With this addition, A+E Networks Latin America significantly expands its commercial portfolio, incorporating these channels into the group of brands it already manages in the region, including A&E, History, History2, and Lifetime. This integrated brand offering broadens and diversifies both content and audiences, strengthening the company’s ability to develop large-scale, integrated commercial solutions for advertisers operating across multiple Latin American markets.
“We are very excited at AMC Networks about this agreement, which allows us to amplify and drive commercial opportunities for our portfolio in key markets such as Mexico and across the pan-regional landscape,” said Antonio Ruiz, EVP and Managing Director of AMCNI – Iberia and Latin America.
“With this agreement, A+E Networks Latin America reaffirms its commitment to delivering innovative, high-impact commercial solutions, strengthening its position as a strategic partner for premium brands seeking to connect with relevant audiences in Mexico and the pan-regional market,” added Daniela Martínez, EVP, Programming and Ad Sales at A+E Networks Latin America.
